What's a cookie
A cookie is a small text file dropped on your device by a site you visit. It stores preferences, secures a session, or measures audience.
This policy also covers equivalent technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage, pixels).
Cookie categories
We group cookies in three categories. You choose which to enable via the consent banner ("Cookie preferences" link in footer).
Strictly necessary (always active)
Required for site operation. No consent required.

Stripe Elements
When you visit a payment page (kernel.freelance-os.fr or a workspace checkout), Stripe drops anti-fraud cookies. These are considered strictly necessary by the French CNIL when a payment is genuinely in progress on the page.
Manage your consent
- First visit: a banner offers Accept / Reject / Customize.
- Anytime: click "Cookie preferences" in footer to reopen the banner.
- You can also manage cookies via your browser settings.
Withdrawing consent has no retroactive effect.
