What happens if I exceed Pro quotas?
We bill at actual cost + a 25% platform margin. You get an alert at 80% of any quota, and you can hard-cap if you want zero overage.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No commitment. One click to cancel, your workspace drops back to Free, your data stays accessible.
Are Stripe payments included?
Yes. Pro includes Stripe Connect Standard so you can charge clients via Counsel. Enterprise includes a dedicated Stripe Connect Express account for your workspace.
Can I bring my own AI keys (Claude, OpenAI)?
Not in v1, we keep pricing simple with a single included plan. BYO keys are on the Enterprise roadmap.
