Overview

Ads replaces the sprawl between Meta Ads Manager, AdEspresso, Foreplay, Canva. You centralize: inspiration (ads running at your competitors), AI generation (visuals and copy), launch (Meta, LinkedIn Ads), perf (CPM, CPL, ROAS).

The full plan has 11 slices. Slice 1 (foundation) shipped 2026-05-12: schemas for swipes, brand kit, voice, briefs, creatives, advertisers, audiences, agency, alert channels, approval, attribution, campaigns, capi, experiments, funnel strategy, integrations, personas, reports, rules, settings, templates, visuals.

The core idea: stop running ads in Meta Manager. Move everything into Kernel for one place to inspire, generate, launch, measure.

What the module does

Competitor inspiration

Browse ads running at competitors (Meta Ad Library). Save into /ads/swipes. Tag by theme, by angle.

Brand kit

Logos, colors, fonts, voice. Source of truth for every generation. Resolved from the current workspace.

AI generation

You give a brief (ICP, message, format), the engine produces visuals and copy. You refine, you approve.

Launch

Direct push to Meta Ads (CAPI wired for tracking) and LinkedIn Ads. Budget, audience, schedule.

Audiences

Audience builder: lookalike on Counsel customers, custom on CRM contacts, auto-exclude existing customers.

Perf

Unified dashboard: CPM, CPL, ROAS by campaign, creative, audience. Alerts via channels (Slack, email).

Reports

Weekly automated reports. AI recommendations: "pause this creative, scale that one".
