Domains

Connect your custom domain to your site and member area. A single DNS record, the SSL certificate is issued and renewed automatically.

Overview

Domains manages your workspace's custom domain names. By default your site and member area live on a platform URL; here you wire your own domain so everything is on your brand.

The flow is deliberately simple: you add a domain, we give you the DNS record to place at your registrar (a CNAME for a subdomain, an A record for an apex), you click verify. The SSL certificate is issued and renewed automatically via Let's Encrypt.

Domains are workspace-scoped and apply to the public site and the member area. The Kernel admin stays central, so you only ever know one back-office no matter how many domains.

What the module does

One-record add

You add a domain, we show the exact DNS record to copy at your registrar. CNAME for a subdomain (app.yourdomain.com), A record for an apex (yourdomain.com).

Automatic SSL

Once DNS propagates, the certificate is issued automatically via Let's Encrypt, then renewed with no intervention. No manual certificate handling.

Verification and status

A domain's page shows the state of its DNS records and certificate issuance. Until it's green, you see exactly what to fix.

Site and member area

Custom domains apply to the public site (rendered by the pages engine) and the member area. Your audience and clients only see your brand.
