Overview
Funnel rebuilds your conversion funnel from Kernel's real data, with no manual entry. It joins contacts, webinar signups, transactions and member access by email to track each person end to end.
Four stages: prospect (outbound contact), webinar signup, paying client (successful transaction), active member (non-revoked access). One person moves stage to stage, and the view shows the pass-through rate at each step.
It's the business read of the journey: where Analytics breaks down each channel, Funnel shows the overall movement of the audience toward signature. You spot the leakiest step and know what to fix first.
What the module does
Four stages
Prospect, webinar signup, paying client, active member. Each person is placed at their most advanced stage, and the funnel shows volume per step.
Email reconciliation
Sources are joined by email: an outbound contact, a webinar signup, a successful transaction and member access for the same address form one journey.
Pass-through rate
Between each stage, the conversion rate is computed. You instantly see the step that loses the most people, so the priority to work on.
Outbound source of truth
Prospect status is based on outbound sources (manual, linkedin, import, waalaxy), distinct from plain webinar signups. The view doesn't blend active and passive acquisition.
