Advertising platforms
When you connect an advertising account (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Marketing API, LinkedIn Advertising API), you remain solely responsible for the content and targeting of campaigns served via Kernel. You commit to comply with, without limitation:
- Meta Advertising Policies: transparencycenter.com/policies/ads
- Google Ads Policies: support.google.com/adspolicy
- TikTok Advertising Policies: ads.tiktok.com/help/article/tiktok-advertising-policies
- LinkedIn Advertising Guidelines: linkedin.com/legal/ads-policy
Prohibited via Kernel Ads include: discriminatory targeting (employment, housing, credit), misleading or fraudulent content, infringement, circumvention of platform moderation, audiences built from data obtained without a valid GDPR legal basis, upload of un-hashed PII to Custom Audiences.
