Sales terms for the Kernel SaaS are described in the Sales Terms.
Acceptance
Use of the services implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept, do not use the services.
Account
An account is required to access Kernel and the member app. You agree to provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us without delay of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for any activity from your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the services to:
- Distribute illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or human-dignity-violating content
- Send spam or unsolicited solicitation
- Publish content infringing on third-party rights (IP, privacy)
- Perform large-scale scraping, reverse engineering, or technical-limit circumvention
- Use AI features to produce deepfakes, disinformation, or content targeting minors
The full list of prohibited uses is in the acceptable use policy.
User content
You retain ownership of the content you publish. You grant Freelance OS a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, free license, for the duration of hosting and processing, to:
- Store and display this content via the services
- Transmit it to our technical sub-processors (generative AI, OAuth) within agreed purposes

You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to the content you publish.

- Freelance OS assumes no responsibility for the quality or truthfulness of generated content
- You may not generate illegal, deceptive, or rights-infringing content
Third-party integrations
The services offer OAuth integrations (Google, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, WhatsApp Business, Stripe). By connecting a third-party account, you authorize Freelance OS to access the data and permissions granted via the official OAuth flow. You may revoke at any time from your account or directly with the third-party provider.
Multi-tenant and workspaces
Each workspace is an isolated environment. The workspace owner is responsible for:
- Data entered in their workspace
- Use of the workspace by its members
- Their own GDPR obligations toward their end users
Freelance OS acts as a GDPR processor for this data, under the conditions of the DPA.
Suspension and termination
Freelance OS may suspend or terminate your access in case of:
- Violation of these Terms or the acceptable use policy
- Persistent non-payment after formal notice
- Activity creating risk for the services or third parties
You may terminate your account at any time from your settings or by writing to contact@freelance-os.fr.
