The hub that runs your webinars end to end. You create a session, you track signups, you notify the waitlist when the next date is set. Every change and every email lands in a log.

What it does for you

Webinaires replaces the signups spreadsheet and the separate email tool. A session has a slug, a title, a subtitle, a date, a duration, a replay link and a status. You move from draft to scheduled, to live, to replay, then to archived, without switching tools.

The public /webinaire page always serves the featured webinar. When a visitor signs up, their signup lands in the hub with first name, email, phone and utm source. The same signup is also recorded in Forms, so the contact follows its normal journey with no duplicate.

Only one webinar is featured at a time. The hub enforces it automatically: featuring a session unfeatures the others. The rest is honest tracking, signups, contact rate, top source, waitlist, with no invented metric.

Signups

Each signup is a row: first name, email, phone, utm source, signup date. You see who has already been contacted and when. The session page shows the signup count, the contacted count, the contact rate and the source that brings in the most people.

Waitlist

A special session with slug waitlist collects people who want to be told about the next date. When you publish a session, you can notify the waitlist in one move. The hub sends the email, moves the prospects to the relevant webinar, and counts sent and failed emails.

Audit log

Every change is tracked with author and timestamp: created, updated, status changed, date changed, featured, archived, waitlist notified. You always know who changed what.

Email log

Every email tied to a webinar is recorded: recipient, kind, subject, sent or failed status, error message when there is one. The waitlist notification shows up here, with per-person detail.
